With nearly 20 years of experience, I’ve built my career in Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance leading global projects over the sectors of Automotive, Agro-industrial, Energy, and Mining companies. During the past 7 years, I’ve led the Procurement to Pay process with a focus in process excellence considering re-organizational assessment and digital transformation to leverage financial performance.

  • Diagnosis and Construction of P2P Roadmap with the creation of the P2P Committee to manage and approve the key decisions.
  • Definition and implementation of the KPIs with the support of technical team (IT and Finance).
  • Creation of a P2P Community with nearly 40 members to share the knowledge considering all the documented business processes with the +1K stakeholders.
  • Improve the performance and quality of processes, making them more reliable, robust and agile.

  • Responsible to lead Source-to-Pay Processes in Brazil. The main activities involve proactive development, performance management and enhancement of the end-to-end process (P2P) to ensure that processes are aligned with the overall Group Strategy.
  • To collaborate with Function Heads, other BPOs and stakeholders to ensure effective and more efficient processes, leveraging cross synergies. It is also part of the scope to ensure its compliance, prioritizing and driving related investment decisions and implementation.
  • Main results: Structural Initiatives: revision of E2E KPIs starting on the registry process (Master Data) until Payment; Creation of Governance Access process within app. 800 users (mainly SAP and focused on segregation of duties); Enhancement of systems and processes related to Master Data (materials and suppliers) including Roadmap definition; Implementation of P-card for low-value purchases; Roll-out of Concur project; Implementation and adherence of Digital signature system (currently more than 90% of adherent suppliers); Global process of reviewing categories.
  • Innovation Initiatives: Implementation of RPA – Uipath aiming process automation on P2P stream; Introduction of GPO (Purchasing Group); Implementation of Disruptive Process of exchanging obsolete materials between companies (Surplus); Recovery of BRL 1.7 million through evaluation of a system to avoid Duplicated Payments done globally; Global Proof of Concept for Process Mining technology.

  • As Procurement Manager I was responsible for implementing the organizational changes leading a team of 3 Coordinators (direct reports) and 9 buyers (total 12 FTEs). Spend of BRL 900 MM (materials and services for Agriculture and Industry). Results 2019: Total Cost Saving of BRL18 MM, including first eAuction process.

  • Responsible to plan and lead the Transformation of Procurement area composed by 10 FTEs for all indirect acquisitions of CAPEX and materials for near 70 mid/downstream terminal operations, 8000 gas stations and more than 2400 retail stores.
  • To design and implement a new Procurement Model considering organizational restructure and process/tools implementation (Procurement Policy, Database Cleansing, e-Procurement tool, Strategic sourcing, Kraljic, Porter, PESTLE and e-auction.
  • Main results: New implemented Procurement structure ROI (return over investment) after 1 year: 10. Total Cost Saving during 2017: BRL 20 million. Team development on Strategic Approach; Supplier Evaluation Program.
