As acting CEPS Head of Finance since September 2024, my role encompasses developing CEPS specific policies and guidance on budgetary and financial matters, ensuring CEPS-wide financial management with functional reporting from Heads of Finance of the National Organisations (NO). Serving as the principal financial advisor to the CEPS Programme Manager and CEPS Programme Board.

Previously, as CEPS Head of Accounting and Treasury,

• Establish the guidance for CEPS Financial Statements, NOs consolidation and liaised with IBAN.
• As SAP manager, performed the implementation of ERP at CEPS PO and finally for the five CEPS entities with the Go Life of PS module in June 2024.
• My bilingual proficiency in French and German, along with fluency in English, enables to operate effectively in complex, multilingual environments and to foster seamless international collaboration within NSPA and with the NOs.

• In charge of all accounting aspects;
• Performed the implementation of IPSAS and accrued accounting.
• In charge of consolidating the National Organizations and CEPS PO, covering the Budget and the Accounting aspects of the booking.
• As contact to IBAN for CEPS, prepare the responses and exchanges with IBAN concerning CEPS.
• As project director I implemented SAP ERP in 2008 & 2011.
• later, followed with the implementation of additional major modules like PS which went life June 2024, managing more than 20 staff directly or indirectly. Both Accounting and Budget had to be implemented and calibrated in SAP.

• Responsible for payment of NATO and Non-NATO appropriated Funds to satisfy authorized expenditures;
• Performed receipt of monies on behalf of RTA, accounting for all expenditures and receipts;
• Preparation of calls, relation and negotiation with Banks;
• Safeguarding of Funds and negotiable and accountable documents;
• Preparing monthly balance sheets, bank reconciliations, summaries of all accounts and pertinent records, recording of cash accounts, all vouchers pertaining to fiscal operations, performing other budgetary and financial duties as year end closing and financial Statements in accordance with IPSAS.

• Budget monitoring;
• Invoicing generation for foreign clients;
• Cost ADP system developing and analysis;
• Inter-coupling and balance with foreign companies;
• Settlement of accounting disputes with customers;
• Prepare data for company merging and taking over;
• Developing analytical accounting in a computerized environment.
