My objectives have always been focused on "the continuous improvement of the employees' working conditions".

- Management of third places and commercial offices : 8 sites - 1400 employees, reporting at Regional Leve

- Management and achievement of major real estate projects from scratch to completion

- Prioritize tasks and allocated resources appropriately to keep teams focused and productive (specific projects)

Outcome : relocation of the French HQ, consolidation of 2 sites into 1 : 10,000 Sqm.(BREEAM label, HQE standards), refurbishment of rental spaces (new WOW) : 2,000 sqm., Opening and implementation of co-working spaces => 40% reduction in rental fleet, 12% reduction in operating costs, all projects achieved on time with planned budget (Delay, Price, Quality)

- Set up and management of the annual operating budget : €25 million (OPEX) and the investment budget : € 18 million (CAPEX)

- Implementation of the GWES/GRES/FM strategy at Country level, in accordance with the Global requirements

- Delivery and monitoring of FM services (hard and soft services) in commercial offices through a third-party Integrated FM model (Master SLA), and indirect Teams.

- Selection and roll-out of innovative solutions and services linked to the new organizational and economic model

- Close partnership with key providers and contractors in order to find continuous improvement and cost-saving measures
