Job creation in a merger context (135 to 265 employees)

• Operational support to the Executive Board, Management Committee and Managers (HR strategy deployment, conflict resolution, etc.)
• Project manager (2 years) for the implementation of the Group's HRIS - Workday. Workshops, feasibility study, Group monitoring, change management, internal training (top management, managers, employees)
• HR development: deployment and monitoring of recruitment and training policies in conjunction with HR specialists
• Merger: preparation of IRP negotiations, change management.
• Head Quarter relations (Zurich): monthly reporting, KPI monitoring - recruitment, budget, turnover, gender equality.
