A dynamic and innovative leader, I managed projects at PIRO CIE, mastering project management and the definition of customer requirements with the aim of improving customer processes. My time at Cofely Axima highlighted my ability to define BIM standards and manage teams, combining technical skills with effective communication.
As BIM referent, I was in charge of creating BIM standards for Engie Axima. This involved defining internal standards, reading BIM conventions, helping project managers and training draughtsmen in Revit software.
I was also involved in spatial coordination and setting up internal BIM processes on the company's first major BIM project: TGI Paris.
At the same time, I was responsible for developing the company's first Revit tools in C# in order to automate the draughtsmen's work and link the company's internal software to Revit.
Participation in several projects of varying scale and difficulty: Military building, EPHAD, Koutio Hospital, Ritz Paris.
On the Koutio hospital, my role was to take part in drawing up the 2D plans using AutoCAD, as well as the 3D modelling of certain technical rooms using AutoCAD MEP software. I was also responsible for dimensioning duct and pipe supports and creating the AutoCAD library of dynamic blocks for all the draughtsmen.
On the Ritz project, my role was to produce all the 2D and 3D plans for the project, and to manage the spatial coordination meetings in order to coordinate our ducts and pipes as closely as possible with the existing buildings and the other contractors.
Alongside my design work, I worked with the innovation and development unit to provide all the office's technicians with automated tasks in Lisp, whatever their project.
Work on several projects, including 2 hospital projects: CHI Evreux and CH Lagny sur Marne. Modelling networks in 2D on AutoCAD, taking part in smoke extraction calculations, drawing up plans and taking part in coordination meetings on the Lagny hospital.
I worked on assignment for 1 year at STX Solution (Chantier naval de l'atlantique) in St Nazaire. My job was to model ducts and pipes in future liners and find solutions to problems raised by the shipyard teams.
I was also assigned to specific missions requested by the shipowner to check the correct installation of certain equipment on the ships.
My job was to design containers for storing and distributing oil. This equipment was then supplied to construction companies or temporary military sites.
