  • -Ensure that products are produced and stored according to the appropriate GMP principles and quality guidelines.
  • -Approve the instructions relating to production operations and to ensure their strict implementation.
  • -Ensure the qualification and maintenance of department equipment and systems.
  • -Develops the production team development plan as well as the succession plan and ensure that the required initial and continuing training of department personnel is carried out and adapted according to need, Conducts performance evaluation and development reviews for production staff
  • -Approve the annual budget of the production department and control the costs of production to respect the budget allocated to production and maintain the financial indicators in line with the targets set.
  • -Approve all the documentation concerning the process times, the materials used, the yields, etc., on which the production schedule as well as the standard costs are based
  • -Establishes the production schedule with the supply department by giving priority to products with low stock as part of keeping the "in stock%" indicator above the target.
  • -Manage the stock of consumable parts in coordination with the engineering department
  • -Cooperate with the quality department in investigations, OAR, CC, ER, etc., and implements effective systems to collect production indicators.
  • Interacts with the various production departments of Pfizer sites around the world in the context of experience sharing and continuous improvement solutions
  • -Evaluate the purchase of new equipment and materials, update and replace existing equipment and installations, in order to meet production requirements, reduce costs and boost Lean Manufacturing Participate in the feasibility study for the introduction of new products or materials.
  • -Lead Site self-audit and Inspection readiness programs in production
