• Promoted and operated standard and oversized logistics services in customs and operations to specific VIP customers (oil & gas, mining, industrial projects, military, NGO).
• Increased turnover from 6M€ in 2007 to 7M€ in 2010 in a slump environment (-30% average trend): new project development represents 35% of the final figure. Client retention about 100% Team supervised composed of 1 expat, 2 local managers, 25 administrative employees and 60 operational employees.

• Developed and managed Maersk Logistics activities (from 2M USD 2005 to 7M USD 2007).
• Door-to-door supply chain service focused on oil and mining project management (First Quantum, Rio Tinto, Rio Narcea, etc.) assisted by 5 direct employees and 83 indirect employees.
• Organized with Mauritania Copper Mine (First Quantum), the first operations worldwide are exporting core concentrate in containers as an alternative solution to bulk exports.

• Structured a fully operational logistics and purchase department in charge of the full supplies of 35 sites located both on and off shore (about 10000 meals serve/ day), 17 millions USD stock movement & a team of 55 local employees.

• Developed strategies to identify and secure new markets for frozen food, such as airline and remote site caterings companies.

International comercial due diligence for M&A operations (mergers & acquisition). In charge of spanish speaking countries.
