- Daily schedule for CMA CGM and Partners vessels

- Optimizing port stay and bunkering operations while protecting schedule integrity

- System cost elaboration and bunker consumption follow up

- Coordinating with Pool department the proper application of the partnership contract, new Vessel Sharing Agreement.

- Consolidation of KPIs to improve Line's performance

North America Lines

- Vessel stowage and intake optimization within stability limit

- Voyage report follow up (mileage and consumption)

- Crane split for optimization

- Deck and Engine Officer on board RO-RO and Bulk carrier
