Responsible for all M&A projects of the group from initial stages to closing :

• Leading the acquisition of global transactions (acquisition of a Dow activity for $150M Enterprise Value, of a majority stake in Korean PIAM entity for a €728M EV) and of medium size operations (sale in China, acquisition in Austria...)
• Management of all workstreams working on the due diligence
• Negotiation of the legal documentation
• Presentation of the projects to executive committee

• Member of the M&A team working on all deal aspects from NBO to closing
• Around 5 transactions closed yearly : divestiture of PMMA (EV of €1.1B), acquisition of global (Ashland : US$1.65B EV...) & medium size activities (PESA in Mexico...)

• Responsible for the production of the IFRS Group consolidated financial statements (listing Euronext)
• Validation of the impact in the consolidated accounts of all Group projects
• Management of 6 persons

• Responsible for the Greater China Group trading activity & credit management
• Asian Financial controller of Fluorochemicals (6 entities with 2 JVs - TO: €225M)
• Management of 11 persons

• Implementation of a new invoicing scheme for 8 businesses (TO: 1,8G€ - 7 entities)

• Financial follow-up of 5 businesses (TO:€1.9B€ / CAPEX:160M€), of 30 entities
• Financial analysis of M&A projects

• Responsible of 34 entities, of transversal analysis for the chemical sector (pensions)
• Participation in the implementation of IFRS and of the new consolidation tool
