At UpNext, the goal is to highlight top talents in Cambodia like the UpNext Elite Camp, where we brought together the top 50 high school players in the country and in collaboration with NBA skills trainer Jordan Boatwright and the Cambodian Basketball Federation we expose them to opportunities they would not have had otherwise highlighting that it is possible to change your life through athletics.

The lack of support for sports in Cambodia and in Southeast Asia is an issue that I'm deeply passionate about. I believe that with the right resources and encouragement, Athletes can compete at a high level and even inspire future generations .

At UpNext, I oversee all operations, driving our mission forward. I manage graphics, ensuring brand consistency, and recruit both photographers and athletes, coordinating their involvement.

I handle scheduling for events, oversee website updates, manage social media engagement, and edit videos to craft compelling stories that spotlight young Cambodian athletes.

My role is to ensure every aspect of UpNext runs smoothly, from the creative to the logistical, helping us effectively promote and support youth sports.

• Supported staff members in their daily tasks, reducing workload burden and allowing for increased focus on higher-priority assignments.
• Gained valuable experience working within a specific industry, applying learned concepts directly into relevant work situations.
• Sorted and organized files, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Gained hands-on experience in various software programs, increasing proficiency and expanding technical skill set.
• Created business plans and projections for Maximo plan on entry to Cambodia
