· Lead supply chain design deliverable in PMP projects

· - Translate Customer requirements into supply chain objective (CLO).

· - Drive the SC actions within the project team to achieve the target (Time to market, customer satisfaction, cost)

· - Coordinate Master data creation between Supply Chain partners & entities within OCP projects.

· - Ensure the update of planning processes and parameters (CSF,DRP, MPP,) before each SELL Gate

· - Define, coordinate, support substitution plan (Launch with ramp up of new range & ramp down of old range) according to countries requests.

· - Support SIOP process step 1 when needed with the relevant OCP project info.

· Manage the logistics of a project from procurement to delivery with the respect of the budget and deadlines.

· Supply chain flow design according to each specific project

· Organize and follow-up procurements

· Control the logistics budgets (hours, supplies, transport)

· Control deadlines of the project

· Manage and optimize shipments of the equipment (organization of flows)

· Develop / coordinate upstream flow consolidations for suppliers located in Turkey & Eastern Europe

· Manage the consolidation upstream platform for European units and ensure KPI are met

· Coordinate logistic activities & operations across Units, and with GSC teams if relevant
