Role

  • Learning & capability strategy : Define and implement learning and capability framework supporting IT, agile, cultural and organizational transformations.
  • Training Design: Structure upskilling and reskilling learning journeys using multimodal pedagogy and change management tools.   • EDF – 2024 : Define reskilling strategy for call center agents. Structure coherent learning journeys aligned with commercial strategy. Resulted in 100% reduction of resigns within the first 6 months. NPS: 64 ; satisfaction 4,7/5.
  • EDF – 2022 : Design, Pilot ODICEE upskilling program in agile context; Change management, coordination with IT product teams and deployment; tester pool management; Improve UX design.
