

Experienced HR professional with over 30 years of expertise, progressing from recruitment management to the strategic leadership of Talent, Employee Experience, and Diversity & Inclusion policies in a demanding international environment. I was responsible for integrating four key pillars to enhance the company's attractiveness, performance, innovation, and overall visibility: talent attraction and management, student and employee experience, diversity & inclusion, and psychosocial risk monitoring.
In July 2012, I was entrusted with the mission to develop and lead the HR Business Partner team. By 2022, this team included at least ten experienced HR generalists supporting more than 4,000 employees. Each People Partner was embedded within operational teams and serving as a key link between the global HR strategy and the day-to-day human realities of the organization.
As Deputy to the Global HR Business Partner, I served as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, ensuring that HR initiatives were fully aligned with the company's objectives across regions and functions.
I supported the Project Director in implementing and managing all HR aspects of the project to establish the Bangalore R&D centre.
As the HR Business Partner for the R&D teams, I implemented the HR strategy in close collaboration with senior leaders. I advised managers, oversaw administrative and payroll activities, maintained high-quality employee relations, and led HR development initiatives including career management, training, and recruitment.
