  • Attending Education cluster meetings drafted the minutes that I shared later with the management.
  • Reports (Weekly sitrep Updates and BTORs) I prepared weekly reports (sitrep) and submitted from the Nutrition activities on behalf of my Nutrition associate in her absence.
  • I visited the households for the Nutrition beneficiaries that were selected for a success story in preparation for the coming of the Communication team from Juba.
  • I prepared July BTOR for the Process Activity Monitoring for two Counties of Jur river and Wau county.
  • I reconciled School Feeding reports and did the data entry into COMET for Nutrition Partners.
  • I participated in activity Monitoring leading the team covering two counties of Jur river and Wau counties covering schools and Nutrition sites and FFA sites with and I achieved.
  • I also participated in Process Monitoring within Wau county with schools, Nutrition sites with 4 checklists.
  • I participated in the preparation for the coming of the communication team from Juba in the month of July 2023 where I assisted in identifying the PLW and under 5 child households that were chosen to participate in the interviews that were to be conducted by the communication team.
  • I went to the households to check data like how many children are in the house, how many are schooling and how they are coping with their nutritious and how they have learnt from the Facility about kitchen garden and its importance to the family at large and the event was a success.
  • I was also assigned to sort and crop a PowerPoint document of 37 slides into 8 pages of a word document by the HOFO and I submitted it after completing the task.
  • I do monthly FRNs and supply tracking stating the date of food request from the CPs to date of submission of FRNs and the quantity supplied to the sites with the date it is delivered.
  • 14-17 August 2023 I also coordinated with the IFP CPs to submit their Monthly Online Performance indicators and coordinated the submission of the GPS coordinates for the IFP facilities in Wau Town.
  • On 21/08/2023, I distributed 47 Nutrition MAM under 5 and MAM PLW register books 23 making 23 Under 5 Registers and 24 PLW registers for Nutrition sites in Jur River County.
  • 31/08/2023, I prepared a movement plan for the September 2023 upcoming process Activity monitoring and prepared RRC Access request form to let them know that WFP Wau FO will conduct an activity monitoring in September and delivered it to RRC Office and the Office of State National Security.
  • I led a distribution of High Energy biscuits to the Returnees from Sudan through Malakal and Paloc registering 712HHs with 2117 Individuals (1081Ch 568M/513F and 1036 Adults 543M/493F) giving them 63 cartons and 51 sachets of biscuits making 0.635MT.
  • Provide technical support and assist in the development and implementation of various activities and processes within the specific area of work supporting alignment with wider Programme policies and guidelines.
  • Provide specialized project management support to specific and/or defined Programmes to ensure that the various activities are performed within the established targets following WFP’s policies and procedures.
