During my apprenticeship, I have been involved in various project management and administrative tasks, including:

• Requesting and processing quotes from service providers.
• Initiating and supervising construction and maintenance works.
• Writing meeting reports for maintenance follow-ups.
• Drafting technical specifications (CCTP).
• Requesting asbestos and lead diagnostics.
• Conducting RAO (Risk Analysis and Optimization).
• Evaluating bids for public tenders.
• Launching contracts under MAPA and BDC procedures.
• Overseeing all construction trades involved in projects.
• Submitting work authorization requests.

In addition to my project management responsibilities, I have gained hands-on experience on construction sites, working on:

• Concrete works (pouring and finishing).
• Rebar installation (reinforcement steelwork).
• Formwork preparation (building molds for concrete).

This dual experience has allowed me to develop both technical and managerial skills, offering a comprehensive understanding of construction processes from planning to execution
