s an Education Specialist at CASP, I was responsible for designing and implementing individualized educational support for unaccompanied foreign minors. My role focused on facilitating their integration into the French educational system and supporting their personal and academic development.

Key responsibilities included:

• Conducting individual assessments to identify educational levels, needs, and aspirations of each minor.
• Developing personalized educational pathways in coordination with schools, training centers, and social workers.
• Supporting school enrollment, access to language courses (FLE), vocational training, and literacy programs.
• Providing academic tutoring and psychosocial support to address trauma and cultural adjustment.
• Organizing workshops to enhance life skills, autonomy, and social inclusion.
