My professional journey has given me the chance to merge product and people management in within the Fashion industry.
I have learnt how to work both in a creative team and in complex corporate environments which lead me recently to be in charge of Creative Talent Management at BOTTEGA VENETA.
At the same time, I had the opportunity to start working on a start-up project launching the Home Accessories Collection in collaboration with the Creative Objects Design Director and the Licensing Director, being in charge of collection development.
I'm now searching for a role that challenges me in both direction people and product as Collection Manager / Studio Manager.
· Create and manage the workflow on all creative talent management subjects on behalf of the Creative Director with HR partners for Design Studio, Product Development, Atelier, Image and Architecture
· Working closely to Company Design Directors in managing their teams and evaluating their performances yearly.
· Manage the entire career of Designers from the moment they arrive in the company until the end.
· Collaborate with HR Partners in elaborating Design people budget and forecast.
· Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative company culture in within the Design Studio.
· Collection input gathering from the Creative Director, Creative Objects Design Director and the Licensing Director on the seasonal collection architecture to align creative and business objectives.
· Ensuring the Home Accessories calendar is prepared at the beginning of each season and discussed with the Head of Studio Management.
· Ensuring the products are developed respecting the Quality level expected by BV and more specifically by the designers’ and Creative Director expectations.
· Partnering with the Creative Objects Design Director in proposing new ideas for the collection and organizing the daily activities of the design team and monitoring the workload of every designer.
· Piloting all the collection development for every category (Leather, Textile, Ceramics, Glass, Wood, other…)
· Managing sourcing of new suppliers for every category.
· Ensuring any vendor “enlargement” discussion is analyzed and proposed to the Licensing Director if needed depending on the growth of the business
· Ensuring the pricing discussion and negotiation to reach the BV Mark Up target is adequately supervised.
· Monitoring the design exact timing of every collection (research preparation, moodboards set-up, sketches hand-over to suppliers, technical sheets shared with suppliers, , details reviews, participation to normalization);
· Constant follow-up throughout the prototyping phase with the suppliers on a weekly basis, ensuring a timely delivery of the collection;
· Constant follow-up with PD of the evolution of the collection budget;
· Coordination with LG, Textile, Knitwear and Leather Material Development team;
· Organization of Legal meetings with legal team in order to discuss any legal considerations related to the collection;
· Monitoring Collection planning evolution with licensing Department;
· Constantly exchange with the Head of Studio Management before the collection meetings with the Creative Director to be sure all the priorities are brought to her attention as well as to the one of the Creative Director’s;
· Manage of a junior product development and production planning resource.

- Models Castings administrative and contracts coordination
- HR legal & Administration & contracts management

Reporting to the Office of LVMH Fashion Group CEO, directly to the Director Of Creative Talents Management:
- Creative talent scouting, recruitment and development working across all brands (CELINE, GIVENCHY, JWANDERSON, KENZO, LOEWE, MARC JACOBS, PUCCI, NICOLAS KIRKWOOD, ROSSIMODA)
- Management of launching of Start-up projects (FENTY, PATOU,...) in collaboration with CEOs
- Collaborating with Fabrice Paineau & Sophie Brocart for LVMH Prize
Reporting into the RTW Director:
- Precollection Product Development on all woven categories working alongside designers Matthieu Blazy and Veronica Leoni
Reporting into the MLG & SLG BU:
- Product Development & Collection Merchandising on the assigned categories during my "Contrat d'apprentissage" with Ecole de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne
Reporting into the RTW Mens PD Director:
- collection development on Outerwear, Leather, Fur, Knitwear, Jersey
Reporting into the Director of Creative Talent Management:
- scouting on new brands, creative talents, new trends
