• Hiring of +50 employees to support business growth, fill Talent pipeline with Digital profile, while focusing on improving D&I.
• Provide coaching and strategic support for managers enhancing their people management capabilities and help foster a performance culture.
• Supporting the creation of two global departments for Marketing: roles & responsibilities, job description, cross functional and location upskilling.
• Coordinating HR processes deployment across all locations, through functional management of locals HRBP and HR CoEs to deliver first class HR service.
• Leading employee experience and culture initiatives (office optimization, reverse mentoring programme, career portfolio for data profiles...)

HRBP for Digital & IT, reporting to Country HRD

• Leading all HR aspects including organization design and workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, people review, employees relations.
• Building and deploying the training and development plan, from identifying needs with managers to contracting.
• Managing the VIE programme across the Group: harmonizing practices and promoting as a talent pool.

HRBP for IT & Content (editorial), reporting to France HRD

• Supporting the shift from an IT organization to a product organization: design, change management, roles & responsibilities, job description, recruitment, training and strategic workforce planning.
• Leading all HR processes: performance, talent, merit & bonus
• Training managers and employees on all HR cycle processes following the roll-out of Workday
• Building and deploying the training plan, from identifying needs to contracting
• Acting as the local project lead to optimize the Group's building footprint

Group: 60,000 HC; Scope of action: 250 HC

HR Manager for 2 affiliates, reporting to the HRD

• Managing 2 post-merger redundancy plans: collective and individual negotiations
• Leading social dialogue with 2 work councils
• Drafting, negotiating and monitoring company
  agreements
• Designing and deploying of the post-merger organization blueprint
• Conducting the Performance and Talent cycle in partnership with the functions' global HRBPs
• Managing the entire merit and bonus review campaign process: from data collection and calibration to the production of statements and letters
