• Led a year-long strategic mission for Renault Group's e-payments entity (inc. EXCOM presentations)
• Architected the strategic repositioning and new ESG offering for a sports event company.
• Facilitated workshops on Generative AI use cases for corporate teams at clients including BCG and E.Leclerc.

As Chief of Staff from seed stage, I played a key role in structuring and scaling the company from 4 to 100+ employees. Key achievements:

• Orchestrated the foundational strategic partnership with a major European bank, leading the process from negotiation—managing legal counsel through the framework contract—to the complex operational launch across 6 markets.
• Spearheaded the foundational product strategy, from the B2B launch (V1) to the B2B2C offering design and potential new features strategic study, while managing critical execution workstreams like tech partner choice and negotiation and multi-country legal compliance (client contracts, GDPR, intermediary statuses).
• Built the Marketing function from scratch and overhauled Sales Operations; implemented a new tech stack (Airtable, Hubspot), defined performance KPIs, and designed the sales team's variable compensation policy.
• Acted as a right-hand to the CEO on key strategic files, including investor relations, M&A target evaluation, business planning, organizing cross-functional business reviews, and fostering company culture.

Led strategic projects for C-levels in financial services, automotive, cosmetics, and foodservice. Selected achievements:

• Co-led the creation of the exclusive financial captive in France for MG Motor and defined MG distribution strategy, that has since become the #2 player in the French EV market.
• Led the feasibility study for a major joint venture in the automotive finance sector, quantifying a €12Bn market potential.
• Authored the investor deck that directly secured a €2.5M venture capital funding round for fragrance start-up Bon Parfumeur.
• Served for 2 years as a direct strategic advisor to the Global CEO of CACF, leading initiatives on topics including fintech screening, due diligence, partnerships, and strategic decks for the Group's EXCOM.
• Led key verticals (Automotive, Payments, Retail) for CACF's Mid-Term Plan in a joint mission with BCG.
• Authored and sold the international expansion strategy for Open Banking player Linxo.
• Led major international marketing strategy missions, including a pan-European quantitative study on subscription models for a bank and the optimization of a B2B CRM strategy in the US for Valrhona.
