Starting as a Process/Projects specialist and later on moving to OpEx, I have achieved implementation of maintenance TPM pillars, safety certifications, and process improvements while managing teams and facilitating corporate best practices. Additionally, I oversaw CAPEX projects and new equipment development. On OpEx, I have led the implementation of the SEE Production System across South America for Sealed Air, driving operational excellence and managing strategic projects.

• Reporting to the Industrial Manager, I led CAPEX projects, including ROI analysis, machine start-ups, process development, maintenance activities, management of Process Engineer interns, and involvement in customer negotiation for arts approvals on new products. Additionally, led Global initiatives on site such as 8D tool implementation and Quick Flexography Changeover (Zero Pull)
