Temporarily fulfilled the role of Interim Operations Manager at Barrier Extrusion from Jun 23 to Dec 23, supervising a team of around 200 employees for production/maintenance activities while also maintaining other related responsibilities.
Starting as a Process/Projects specialist and later on moving to OpEx, I have achieved implementation of maintenance TPM pillars, safety certifications, and process improvements while managing teams and facilitating corporate best practices. Additionally, I oversaw CAPEX projects and new equipment development. On OpEx, I have led the implementation of the SEE Production System across South America for Sealed Air, driving operational excellence and managing strategic projects.
