I currently haven't started volunteering here yet but i will be at the beginning of October.

• This will be an incedible opportunity because i will be able to have an insight on the career of a medical professional which will guide and support me in the future because i want to train and qualify as a Midwife.
• Within this it will also help me develop and improve on my communication skills
• I will also have some basic first aid training in case of someone choking or suffering with a heart attack and needing CPR.
• Fostered a positive environment by maintaining cleanliness at the work place.
• Provided companionship to elderly residents through regular visits and conversations.
• Adapted to changing circumstances and maintained positive attitude in challenging situations.

• This experience has been one of a lifetime and i couldnt have been more grateful to have the privilege to be involved in such a great cause.
• This has taught me the importance of patience and communication even though there was a strong language barrier.
• Throughout my time in Tanzania it has helped me adapt well to the circumstances and be able to make strong and meaningful connections with a range of ages and a range of educational skills.
• Aided in disaster relief efforts to provide immediate assistance to affected individuals.
• Assisted in setting up community meetings for improved school, an example of this was the go fund me that was set up by people in my group to help build another classroom for the school to help the Masai community thrive.

• From my time here I am able to confidently work with a range of age groups, not only within a team but also with the customers.
• Maintained clean shop floor, promoting a welcoming environment.
• Supported team members for improved operational efficiency.
• I am also confident to say if there was an issue i would b able to find a solution with efficiency.
• Built lasting relationships with clients through customer service interactions, this was due to the amount of regular customers in the shop.

I worked here for one week, it taught me about the commitment needed to be a teacher.

• Coordinated effectively with diverse teams for successful project execution.
• i also was able to understand how some people needed more assistance than others and this helped me become a better listener to peoples needs so i could be of a lot of use.
• assemble learning resources and equipment following the teachers guidelines and then demonstrated to the pupils of different age groups ranging from the nursey up to year 5.

• This was a wedding catering company, this was my first job and it gave me an large amount of confidence which has only grown and progressed further. Due to it being at weddings i adapted to the busy and stressful environment, which has ultimately helped me into making rational decisions.
• This professionalism was maintained throughout a three course meal to over 200 guests.
• Improved customer satisfaction by providing efficient and friendly service.
• Utilised professional communication skills to resolve customer complaints.
• Met special dietary requests with careful preparation and presentation of dishes.
