CRM project management

• French point of contact for Europe/Global teams
• Gathering and formalizing user requirements according to their business processes
• Participation in drafting functional specifications
• Coordination and monitoring of global projects to ensure implementation of French business processes
• Participate in acceptance testing of deliverables before they go into production

Administration of the Veeva CRM

• Support for sales forces, internal departments and external service providers, to ensure that CRM meets day-to-day business need
• Management of product, user and territory repositories via Veeva Align
• Provide input for continuous improvement of operations
  and customer knowledge solutions/processes
• Disseminate CRM knowledge within the company and monitor the adoption of best practices in CRM use.

• Collection and formalization of subsidiary needs to be sent to the global team.
• Coordinate/manage the deployment of global projects for the French subsidiary (planning, follow-up, communication, training, etc.).

• Support level 1 and 2 support for Veeva users (VM, MSL, head office KAM...)

• Manage tool evolution projects with European project teams
