Managed team of 8 engineers and 12 technicians, ensuring daily management routine (Safety, Productivity, Quality, Volume, Cost) within 2 major projects,
1. Stellantis CDPO High Voltage Project (New Launch)
- Schedule project development activities to meet customer and APTIV requirements
- Enhance plant milestones for high programs diversity (8 cars, BEV/PHEV motorization)
- Prepare, validate and manage project investment (15m $)
- Control project spending plan to ensure financial targets (CAPEX/OPEX) in term of amount and timing
- Lead preplanning activities with plant multidisciplinary team ensuring coordination with central method lab function
- Design plant layout evolution per project phase
- Conduct product design assessment and lead design change proposals to optimize labor efficiency
- Cascade the objectives defined at Operational and Functional level to the "Preplanning" team and define the work plan accordingly
- Design high voltage manufacturing process flow ensuring efficiency, investment and space compliance
- Ensure a good connection between the design changes during the project development phases and the adjustment / improvement of the production process in order to guarantee consistency between the product change and the production process.
- Develop and update the resource mobilization strategy within the “Preplanning” division.
- Validate the concepts defined at flow 3 level during the rating of new projects
- Ensure regular monitoring of the PFMEA planning and action plan.
- Ensure the application of the various procedures relating to Preplanning (Global, European and local).
2. VOLVO SPA project (XC60/XC90)
- Lead Model Year changes integration from prototype phases into serial life achieving declared performance
- Contribute to the analysis of Engineering Changes, by defining their impact on the mounting method and the capacity of the equipment in production on the assembly area
- Supervise and validate data collection and analysis to identify and quantify investment and productivity optimization opportunities.
- Pilot and propose suitable and realistic solutions for the definition of systems by the design of production flows and methods.
- Identify and participate in standardization of engineering best practices
- Supervise continuous improvement projects and participate in Lean 2.0 implementation
- Ensure flawless SOP and RUC compliance
- Onboard new employees with training plan according to competency matrix .
