• Assisting the project manager in posting job offers on the Applicant Tracking System and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, HelloWork, Apec, O&GJobSearch)
• Sourcing candidates on various job boards using Boolean search techniques
• Conducting candidate phone interviews to assess soft skills and resume information
• Organizing interviews with selected candidates
• Managing candidate tracking in the ATS

Published a manifesto with 12 recommendations to enhance the blue economy and maritime transport

These recommendations, aimed at policymakers, were presented at various high-level international events

• Presentation of maritime transport recommendations at the Green Marine Europe conference in Marseille, France
• Participation in a conference focused on solutions to reduce the environmental footprint of sailing at the 2022 Route du Rhum in Saint-Malo, France
• Exchange at Surfrider Foundation Europe headquarters in Biarritz, France, with two members of the European Parliament, Mrs Laurence Farreng (Education, Youth, Sport, and Culture Commission) and Mr Pierre Karleskind (Fisheries Commission)

Worked on the "Stabilization and Prototyping of a Monorail Vehicle" project within the company's R&I branch

Three-month mission as part of the scientific project: Branch Arc Testing Machine for Uukha brand bow manufacturing
